New Italian Eatery Coming to Downtown Dover

The new restaurant will be in the same location as the former Central Wave.

The new eatery will be called 'Suppas', and according to an article at Fosters.com, will be owned by Joe Romano of Dover and Jamie Suppa.

Mr. Romano has been manager at Chili's for while, and Mr. Suppa has operated other restaurants.

An Italian eatery will be welcomed, as both Cartelli's and the Spaghetti Stain recently closed up shop in the downtown area, though Cartelli still runs a catering business in Dover.

Patty B's in Dover and of course Alexander's in Rollinsford offer up great Italian fare, but as we all know, competition ups everybody's game.
