There are a couple different methods for determining one's adult film name. The common denominator is that your first name is that of your first pet. Your last name can either be the first street you lived on OR your mother's maiden name.

I wanted to re-name the entire weekday broadcast staff of The Shark but not enough to actually do the research. I knew random pets and random places and the names that were created were all magical.

Boomer Hampton

I'm pretty sure DK's first dog was named Boomer and I knew he grew up in North Hampton. I'm also pretty sure that the name Boomer North is already taken and I didn't want to be sued for copyright infringement.

Behold! The very regal name for Fish is ... Lewis The Sixth! When Fish and I lived on Sixth Street in Dover, his cat was named Lewis. And the rest is history.
