New Wine Bar Coming to Portsmouth

Raleigh Wine Bar and Market is slated to open next month.

A husband and wife from Portsmouth is building the bar at 67 State Street in Portsmouth.

Seacoastonline reports:

Nimi Idnani and her husband Rushabh Patel are building a wine bar, with a market for take-out prepared meals, and if all goes well, an outdoor cafe. She said their new Portsmouth business, Raleigh Wine Bar and Market, will sell and serve only natural, organic and sustainable wines, as well as local beers. Raleigh Wine Bar will have wines on tap in the range of $7 a glass, as well as bottled rarer wines for up to $16 a glass

The wine bar will also feature a kitchen that will feature a menu consisting of pasta and salad dishes, and a take-out menu for later in the day.

The couple is hoping to open in September.
