Newington Man Charged With Stalking

( Portsmouth, Police ) - Portsmouth Police have arrested a 60 year old Newington man on stalking and criminal threatening charges.

They say Gary Johnson,previously known as Gary Michaels, attached a GPS device to the victim’s car, and was tracking the victim’s whereabouts from his home. He’s being held on $7500 dollars bail.
