NH Ranks High in Happiness: A-Train has the Solution to Get Us to The Top

This is a great graph with accompanying map from Wallethub showcasing different variables and ranking of happiness throughout America and NH is in the top 20, but I have an idea that I think will really get us to the top!

This article claims that money certainly isn't everything, but it sure does help. And what if I told you to fill in the following 2 word phrase 'Happy ______ ' , I bet you would pick the word 'Birthday'. What could be better than more money on your birthday? There's an easy solution that makes this possible.

If The State of New Hampshire offset our car registration and inspection due date by 6 months from and/or before our birth months, we wouldn't have to spend our birthdays worrying about the tedium of standing in a line (like the one featured above) or spending our money on car related issues. I think that our birthdays AND THEREFORE all of our other days would be much, much happier.

Am I just whining because this is my birth month? Yes. Would I stop whining if this idea quickly turned into a law and I didn't have to think about my car until March? The answer is a RESOUNDING YES!
