The devastation of Hurricane Irma not only affected people, it also took its toll on pets.

Many cats and dogs were displaced in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. Now, the New Hampshire SPCA is welcoming 26 dogs and cats from the Miami area who are in need of new homes.

According to NECN, the animals were flown up this week, and have settled into the shelter.
