NH’s Entry in United States of Thanksgiving is Embarrassing

I had a blast reading through the first 29 of these awesome recipes that were put forth to evoke each American State. And then I got to NH. Turkey... no recipe ...no nothing. What a colossal embarrassment.

Is there a story behind the story? Did our contributor feel like Maine or Vermont stole their recipe idea and then just wrote down "Turkey...4 1/2 hours...serves 12 people" in protest? Man, I feel that as a proud Granite Stater... we got hosed.
