If you're born into the Wallenda family, you'd best not be afraid of heights.

On television last night in Chicago, Nik Wallenda , set the record for the steepest tightrope walk, rising upward at an angle of 19 degrees beginning at a height of 588 feet, as he walked across the Chicago river.

Nik's second walk was at a height of 543 feet, and he did it blindfolded. That set the record for the highest blindfolded walk.

The 'Flying Wallendas' have been a family daredevil tightrope act for many years. I'm just glad my last name doesn't have a verb in front of it.
