‘Painting Flags Across America’ Paints In Rollinsford

The Rollinsford Legion is the latest stop in artist Scott Lobaido's tour.

Mr Lobaido is in the middle of a tour that will see him paint Patriotic Murals on American Legions in each of the 50 states.

Rollinsford is the 29th stop on this trek that began back in April and will probably wrap up in September.

The murals are 3 dimensional paintings of the American Flag.

According to a report on WMUR-TV:

'Lobaido also hopes to raise awareness about veterans, especially the 2 million under the age of 35 who made sacrifices in order to serve their country.

“To remember why we have this awesome freedom and what that flag stands for and who raised that flag for us, which is the men and women of the armed forces,” said Lobaido.'
