I Am Fit Body Transformation’s Athlete of the Year For 2015!

Fit Body Transformations in Brentwood has helped me tremendously this past year with maintaining a healthy pain-free lifestyle AND on top of all that, just yesterday they gave me their prestigious Athlete of the Year Award.

To say that I'm honored would be a major understatement as this facility in Brentwood has had so many other success stories this year. I was speechless yesterday when I was presented this award and as a broadcaster, that does not happen very often.

Since I'm basically using an entire post to brag about myself, I might as well take it one step further and mention that I passed THE SHOULDER MOBILITY SCREENING!

I had been so close to passing this test and thanks to trainers Jimmy and Sarah, I have achieved proper pain-free functional mobility in both shoulders.

Big thanks to Pearla and Emma who have to put up with me three days a week and STILL gave me this award.
