Seven Patriot fans have filed a lawsuit against the NFL and Pats owner Robert Kraft in hopes of the NFL restoring the Patriot's draft picks that were taken away as a result of 'Deflategate'.

The suit was filed in Massachusetts. One reason given for the lawsuit against the league was for the fans who were 'emotionally harmed' by the decision to revoke the Pat's first round pick that was handed down by the league.

Robert Kraft was also named in the lawsuit for not putting up more of a battle to get the picks back. According to the lawsuit, “Robert Kraft had remedies to attempt to get plaintiffs’ draft pick back, but he chose his fellow billionaire owners above the plaintiffs and fellow fans,”

According to the report on WMUR.com:

In an affidavit, one fan, Michael DiMauro of Florida, said his entire world changed forever on May 11, 2015, when Goodell announced the penalties. “When the news hit me, I was very angry,” DiMauro wrote. “I called the league office in New York City and I left them a voicemail in regards to my disgust of the punishment that was handed down by Goodell.”

DiMauro claimed that he lost sleep on the days that Tom Brady and Goodell met in New York over the summer.

I can think of 3 colleagues here at the Shark who would be more than happy to join this lawsuit, as they themselves haven't been the same since the 'deflategate ' verdict came down. They're suffering from sleep deprivation as well as loss of appetite.

Perhaps they, or even you, if you have been distressed, can join this suit.
