Recognize The Face in This Durham NH Surveillance Video?

Usually surveillance videos of suspects aren't very clear or helpful, HOWEVER, this video of a suspected Durham prowler is a near perfect image. Recognize him?

This person has allegedly been seen looking in windows around the neighborhood of Coe Drive at night.

I have to think if enough people see this footage, somebody will be able to recognize this person as the surveillance image is one of the best I've ever seen.
