Sad news for Red Sox Nation as one of our most beloved members of the wildly exciting 1986 AL Champs passed away of a heart attack this weekend at age 57.

His Game 5 home run against the Angels is the first unbelievable sports memory that I think of, AND the reason that I never stop watching a ball game until the last out is recorded.

I love his effortless leaps of joy that look like he's jumping on a trampoline on the surface of the moon. RIP Hendu.
