Seacoastonline reports that officers in Kittery had to shut down 95 due to a slow speed chase today (yes, you read that correctly.)

32 year old Tabitha Grassi of Eliot ME was arrested on charges of OUI, eluding officers and reckless conduct. The latter charge stems from Grassi operating below the minimum speed limit of 45 MPH on Interstate 95.

Grassi was arrested on 95 South, approaching the Piscataqua River Bridge a little before 1:00 PM (yes.....you also read that right......an OUI....at 1 o'clock in the afternoon.)
