Well, it finally happened in the Granite State. It took a local crime story to make me realize how these perpetrators attack their victims, I was overthinking it.

For the longest time, I thought you had to be a genius level computer programmer to set up these robberies. Wrong. All you need to do is hangout in an unlit, unsafe area where 'Go' players are likely to unsuspectingly hunt for Pikachu and then the hunter becomes the hunted. Simple as that.

According to NH1, these two men were arrested for allegedly holding up a 24 year old Pokemon Go player at knife point on South Willow Street in Manchester. They are identified as Michael Drake, Age 26 and Raymond Lavigne, Age 29. Both suspects live in Manchester.

I think your best bet is to play this game in broad daylight and in areas that can be witnessed by much of the general public. No imaginary digital cartoon character is worth losing your money or possibly your life. Play it safe!
