I sort of invented this game at Fit Body Transformations in Brentwood with my trainer Jimmy. It is now the only thing I think about. Check it out it's fun!

It is very difficult to knock both 'pins' down for a strike. The perfect game would only take 5 throws but sadly, after several matches, two consecutive strikes is the best anyone has ever achieved.

Two foam rollers, a ten pound medicine ball and a concrete wall is all you need for this soon to be fitness game craze!
