Starting in February, Fly To Florida From Portsmouth? Yes!

This morning's snow storm was a little early for me. Not that I don't like Winter, I do. I don't think that I could ever live in an area that never had snow. It's very pretty on the trees despite the fact that it's a pain in the butt to drive in, especially if you commute to work at 4am.

This morning as I was cleaning off my car to head to work, I couldn't help but remember, according to a story from Seacoast online: Allegiant Airlines will start offering flights from Portsmouth to Florida. Pease is about 20 minutes from my house. All I would have to do is get in my car with a backpack (I never take more than a backpack... anywhere) park, get on a plane and off I'll be to Sunshine, Oranges and Mickey Mouse? Sign me up!

The report states that Allegiant Airlines flies out of Portsmouth International Airport at Pease and starting in February, will be flying from there to Punta Gorda, Florida. I had to look up where exactly that was in Florida and it looks like it's gonna work for me. It's just North of Fort Myers on the West side of the state.

February can't come fast enough!!
