Fish and Train's NFL Post Season Picks

Well, I never thought The New England Patriots winning their fourth Super Bowl trophy would ever have any negative repercussions, but apparently I forgot about Fish and Train's Post Season Picks. Fish earned a share of the trophy with that epic victory and hasn't stopped taunting me for 2 days...

Fish is on vacation so I got to pick the winner of The Big Game with none other than Miss NH USA Samantha Poirier (Yes, I have the greatest job on earth) I know that Fish will pick New England because Fish believes in happiness, sunshine and puppies. Therefore I went with the sadness and dark overcast skies of Seattle.

Well after last year's horrific 3-7-1 record, it is so nice to have clinched mediocrity (6-4 currently) after going 1-1 on my Championship Weekend picks. Fish and I both liked Green Bay(covered but ...wow...that hurts) and Indy to cover (they never showed up) and now only THE BIG GAME remains.

After my 3-1 record last week, I feel very confident that these games will be nothing like what nearly everyone is predicting, EXCEPT for Fish and I. We are in agreement that both Green Bay and Indy will keep it close enough to cover the spreads.(Green Bay +7 1/2, Indy +7)

OK, so maybe my scoreboard predictions were off by one or two hundred points, but I was undefeated yesterday and now have a 4-2 record against the spread. Fish's focus might have been a bit obfuscated since he was vacationing and had a goose egg yesterday, dropping his record to 3-3.
