To us, the State of Maine is kind of like having a sibling. We're totally allowed to talk crap about it and beat it up for petty reasons, but when someone else does it- step off!

I can never get roasted pumpkin seeds right.  Every year I either over cook them, under cook them or over spice them.  They never taste good, and I end up throwing them out, but then again, I have never used a recipe.  I just wing it.  Clearly not the best way to go about it.  This year will be different.  I found this quick and easy recipe for roasted spiced pumpkin seeds.
