People getting peeing on, head-butting, and women getting punched. Sounds like what happened on the field was child's play.

There was plenty of un-sportsmanlike conduct on the field at Paul Brown Stadium Saturday night when the Bengals lost to the Steelers, thus, once again, 'one and done' in the playoffs.

But there was plenty of bad behavior going on in the stands as well.

Cincinnati.com published the arrest report from the game, and here are some of the not so amusing highlights:

  • A Steelers fan who traveled from Westville, Indiana, is accused of punching a woman in the face as he exited Paul Brown Stadium around 10 p.m.
  • Martin Cooke, 33, was arrested after police said he urinated on the person in front of him in Paul Brown Stadium. Cooke, who wore a Bengals hoodie, is accused of fighting with the man and punching him in the face,
  • Police said David Grillo walked up an aisle in the stadium and threw a beer at a fan during the game. The beer hit the fan in the face and caused lacerations.
  • Andrew Robles, 28, was being ejected from the game for an unknown reason when, police said, he escaped officers and punched a woman in the face.

I know, it's not like this everywhere...or is it? My last and only trip to Gillette was for the very first Pats pre-season game held at the new stadium. It was fun, and the crowd was behaved. At least as far as I could tell in our section.

Granted it was only pre-season, but I think folks who are inclined to exhibit this type of behavior don't care if the game counts or not.

Cincinnati used to pride itself on how better behaved they are as opposed to Cleveland fans.

In fact, former Bengals coach, Sam Wyche, famously tried to hammer that point to the crowd as he scolded them in the clip below.
