Hey that headline got your attention didn't it! Thanks to the fine folks at Fit Body Transformations in Brentwood, I discovered this exercise and can't get enough of it.

The gentleman in the video above has perfect form. However, the method I prefer is one in which you alternate leg drives for each throw. Left leg first, then with the right leg.

You'll find that this exercise is very exhausting but a lot of fun. I usually end up sweating profusely while verbally threatening both the medicine ball (12 pounds) and the wall that I try to throw it through.

Before you attempt any exercise such as this please consult a professional trainer, or your Doctor, or both! Also, find yourself a wall that can take the abuse and an environment where you can swear loudly at inanimate objects.
