The Tall Ships are coming back to Portsmouth!

If you're a fan of "Pirates of the Caribbean," you might also be happy to learn that the tall ships are coming back to Portsmouth in July, according to sailportsmouthnh.org! The Piscataqua Maritime Commission is hosting two of them, the Roseway and the Oliver Hazard Perry.

These ships are massively impressive. To think that men actually LIVED on the ships themselves for months and months at a time is just incredible.  The close quarters must have been a lot to take at times, especially if you were on the ship with someone you didn't like very much.  I suspect, however, after spending all that time with someone, you'd come to like them, no matter who they are, but I could be wrong.  I'm a people person at heart, so I always try to believe that people are generally good.

The ships will be there from Wednesday, July 25, through Sunday, July 29, according to sailportsmouthnh.org.

It's a great family time, too. Bring the kids, bring your dogs, bring your eye-patch and most importantly, bring your camera! (As if anyone forgets that anymore...) There will be a lot of opportunity for pictures!
