The UNH Outdoor Pool and Lost River Gorge Will Open Next Month

(Durham/North Woodstock, NH) - It seems like spring has sprung all of a sudden, and outdoor venues are set to open for the season.

UNH completed construction of the new outdoor pool in August.  The plans are to open the pool for the season on May 10, more than a month earlier than in past years.

Pool hours will be limited for the first month, depending on the weather. You are encouraged to check ahead before grabbing your swim suit.

Lost River Gorge and Boulder Caves in North Woodstock will open May 5. Officials say with the snow melt continuing, pop-up waterfalls are expected along the trails.
