This Dover Home For Sale Has An Alarming Number of Bathrooms For Its Size

Dover is one of the oldest and largest towns on the seacoast so it's no surprise some of the homes for sale boast lots of acreage and expansive square footage. According to Realtor.com, Dover has quite a few lavish homes for sale.

One of them, located at 90 Varney Rd., is listed for $529,000 and what sets this one apart from the rest is the alarming amount of bathrooms: 7 in total. This home is 4,789 sq ft, has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

To put that into perspective, the most expensive home in Dover is 10,000 sq ft, is listed for almost $4 million and only has six bathrooms. Meanwhile 90 Varney Rd. is half the size and has one more bathroom. Whoever built this home either had IBS or drank a lot of water.
