This Place In New Hampshire Serves Up Ice Cream Made With Beer

It's the best of both worlds!

Honestly, I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner. I mean after all, I love both beer and ice cream. So why no combine the two!

That's exactly what they were thinking at The Dessert Bar in Milford, NH... where they are now serving up Chris' Wicked Ice Cream -- premium beer ice cream and sorbet made from craft beers.

According to their website chriswicked.com, the idea came about at the 2014 NE Brewfest in Lincoln, NH. Chris, the founder, is an 10-year ice cream veteran and had been brewing cider and beer for over 20 years. Wanting to combine these two passions, it took a chance meeting and an opportunity to provide some for a corporate celebration to kick this in motion. Chris’ Wicked Ice Cream was born with a IPA Sorbet and a Porter Ice Cream featuring products from Smuttynose Brewery.
