Today Is NH Gives Day

June 7th is when Granite State residents are encouraged to donate to their favorite nonprofit organization online.

NH Gives Day is a powerful, statewide 24-hour online fundraising event that is designed to build community, connect donors to local nonprofits and generate excitement about the nonprofit sector.

The initiative hopes to not only raise money but also awareness about the hard work many of the state’s organizations undertake.

There are also prizes for nonprofits for participating including $500 for the organization with the first donation on June 7, $500 for the organization with the most donations and another for the most dollars raised, as well as $250 to a random organization that gets at least one donation. There will be six of these given away during the day.
