Traffic Closure Tomorrow Morning in Rochester

Tomorrow between the hours of 7AM and 10AM Route 125 will be completely closed between the intersections of Brock Street and Old Dover Road. I have created my own map since I am very familiar with the area. And I'm quite proud of it.

Wow. I guess I'll leave the artwork to the professionals. I tried to draw two circles with the line through it first, then decided to completely obliterate the closed area. This explanation of alternate routes will be much better I promise.

Northbound traffic will be detoured across Brock Street, then down Washington Street and back towards the downtown on North Main Street, which will lead drivers back to Route 125 / Columbus Ave.

Southbound traffic will be detoured down Old Dover Road, then across Tebbetts Road and back onto Pickering Road which will bring drivers back to Route 125 just south of the Spaulding Turnpike.

The work is scheduled to remove the deteriorated pedestrian bridge and again should take no longer than three hours.
