Last weekend's storm ripped our NH flag to shreds and I put a smaller new NH flag in its place. I should have replaced the faded 'Old Glory' at the same time. Now in order to properly replace the U.S. flag I have to do the following...

An old 'Old Glory' shouldn't fly alongside a new NH flag and 'Old Glory' can't fly lower than any flag at any time!!
