U.S. Navy Made A Video On How To Pick Up Brunettes [VIDEO]

In addition to making training films to show young sailors how best to man their positions on a battleship, in a submarine, or even to fly the latest navy Jet, apparently high on the Navy's priority list was for their men to know their manners, especially when it came to brunettes.This training film is called “How to Succeed with Brunettes” and in it you'll find tips on behaving like a gentleman while on a date with your lady, who I assume has to be a brunette. The advice is spot on, which makes me wonder why it wouldn't succeed with blondes or red-heads. But who am I to question the Navy in such matters.

Yet I wonder why, when America was at war with Vietnam, was the Navy making teaching videos about dating etiquette? Were we losing the brunette battle at home. Perhaps there were too many single brunette women on American soil at the time?

Regardless, make some popcorn, sit back and enjoy a film that will make you laugh, might make you cry, but will definitely make you think.
