It's part of the National Marrow Donor Program, and will be on Monday, April 25 in Holloway Commons at UNH.

The Drive will begin at 10am and run until 2pm. This has been a very successful partnership for the program as over the last seven years, UNH has recorded a greater number of registrants than any other school in the Northeast.

It's a simple test involving a cheek swab. If you don't like needles or blood, no worries. I registered a few years back and it was easy! The registration process takes about 20 minutes and once tested, you are registered forever. The marrow drive is open to all who are not already registered in the National Marrow Donor Program.

UNH football looks to continue saving lives by bringing in more than 500 new members to the registry this year. In fact, two members of the Wildcats football program — former wide receiver Jimmy Giansante ’14 and sophomore tight end John DiCaro (Dallas, Texas)— each saved a life by entering into the registry and proving to be a match for someone in need.
