*Update* Drunken Clown with a Machete Strolling Through Hollis, Maine

He had his first day in court yesterday.

You may remember last month when a man was spotted drunkenly walking down a road in Hollis, Maine, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, clown mask, and a machete that was taped to where his arm had been amputated.

It turned out to be 31 year old Cory Berry who was later found in nearby Waterboro where he was taken into custody.

Well Cory Berry from Hollis, was in court yesterday and pleaded not guilty to criminal threatening and weapons charge. Mr. Berry still claims his actions were meant as a prank.

I hope his sentencing includes being scared at least once a week, perhaps as someone who is dressed like a clown. You know, when he least expects it. That would seem like justice to me.
