Of all the birds I fear, vultures top the list. They are one of the ugliest birds you can find, stand about two feet tall, and mostly pick apart corpses for food.

Rick Mize and his poor family is dealing with dozens of these birds, waking them in the middle of the night as they walk across their roof, pooping all over the place in large amounts, and generally scaring the family.

According to Mr. Mize, there is a strong odor of a dead animal coming from somewhere on his property, which he believes is attracting these vultures. They just haven't found it yet.

So in addition to the unwanted birds, the Mizes' are enjoying the pungent smell of a rotting carcass.

If I was in this situation, I'd be questioning whether or not I was still alive. Having vultures hovering around you is like having the grim reaper hanging around, waiting to pounce.

Cue Rod Serling.
