I don't even know if this can be called a recipe because it's just how I prefer to make a burger, but perhaps you'll see something different than the way you make them.

INGREDIENTS

2 - 80% Lean Ground Beef Patties (hand pressed not pre-formed gross hockey pucks)
2- Koffee Kup brand Hamburger Rolls (anything less would be a culinary crime)
4- Slices of high quality white american cheese
1 - hunk of a stick of butter (1/8 of a stick maybe?)
1 - Roma Tomato
1 - Iceberg Lettuce (some iceberg lettuce not the whole thing obviously)
Ketchup, Mustard, Salt and Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Throw the burger patties into the pan of melted butter and season them with salt and pepper while you cook them. (I prefer them medium but they're your burgers so 'have it your way').

Mustard on the bottom bun, ketchup on the top bun <-- Most important step by far

Place the 2 cheese slices directly on the hot burgers so the corners of are perfectly equidistant from each other and they will melt beautifully.

It may be a challenge to fit the entire sliced Roma tomato on two burgers, if you can't then just eat the remaining slices. Throw a leaf or two of lettuce on top of there before you crown it with the Koffee Kup bun. AND YOUR DONE! ENJOY!
