What’s Open and What’s Not on Veterans Day

Since Veterans Day is celebrated on Saturday, some businesses and town offices have changed their hours on Friday to coincide with the Federal Holiday.

According to Fosters.com, the following is what's open and closed this Friday.

BARRINGTON — Town offices will be closed Friday, Nov. 10 in observance of Veterans Day. The Barrington Public Library will be closed Saturday, Nov. 11. School will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10.

DOVER — Town offices will be closed Friday, Nov. 10, in observance of Veterans Day. Trash pickup and curbside recycling are not affected by the holiday and will follow a regular schedule. The Dover Public Library will be closed Friday, Nov. 10. School will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10.

DURHAM — Town offices will be closed Friday, Nov. 10 in observance of Veterans Day. Trash pickup and curbside recycling are not affected by the holiday and will follow a regular schedule. The Durham Public Library will be closed Friday, Nov. 10. School will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10.

FARMINGTON — Town offices and the transfer station will be closed Friday, Nov. 10, in observance of Veterans Day. The Farmington Public Library will be open normal hours. School will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10.
