2011. It was a bad year! I remember this snowstorm clear as day. It was awful. It was simply awful. To get so much snow so early in the season was just a reminder that Mother Nature is always in charge of New England weather.

'Frankenstorm,' or 'Snowtober,' as many people called it formed on October 29th. Instead of people dreaming of a 'White Christmas' that season, many dealt with trudging through snow two days later to get their Halloween candy.

I remember feeling badly for this little kids who worked so hard on their costumes only to be disappointed. Although, I know some of the trick-or-treaters didn't let a New England snowstorm stop them!

If you have any pictures from the storm of 2011, I'd love to see them.
