It has been pretty warm around here, but will things cool off enough to get some of that snow in time for Christmas Day?

I've been going outside with a t-shirt on most days this year, which is really killing my Christmas vibe.

The warmer temperatures and lack of snow is great for my heating bills, but I know a lot of you like having a bit of the white stuff when you wake up on Christmas morning. Kind of gives you that childhood feeling of excitement that has now been replaced with coffee and bourbon.

The Weather Channel has a White Christmas Forecast to determine what parts of America are likely to get snow on Christmas Day. Right now it looks like New Hampshire may be out of luck.

A "white Christmas" is defined by meteorologists as having at least an inch of snow on the ground on Christmas morning.

The northwest section of America will likely wake up to snowflakes, but New England and much of the eastern portion of our country will probably not. Northern Maine looks like it might just luck out and get some snow in time for Christmas.

So far, it looks like New England may be seeing the least amount of snowfall in the past 13 years. Great for people who hate shoveling and bad for people who love to look at all the snow outside while opening presents.
