Reason #43 why I stay away from the drive-thru. With the advent of the drive-thru at fast food restaurants, the expectation of getting your food even quicker is the norm. I bet there are people who hate to even bring the car to a complete stop during the whole process. They want to order, pay, and get the food all the while coasting through the lane. Now, bring some of the road rage off the roads and into the drive-thru, and you get this story. Well, I suppose there is some solace in that it did take place in Florida. Probably an every day occurence.
