Woman Uses Diarrhea Defense in Hit and Run

A 92 year old woman who hit a pedestrian claims the diarrhea made her do it, and I believe her. I don't know why this defense isn't used more often. Whenever a lawyer claims their client "wasn't in their right frame of mind", they're totally describing anyone dealing with a case of the runs. It takes over your entire thought process. If I'm on a jury and the defense uses the "diarrhea made me do it" defense, they're getting off scot-free.
