Here’s the COVID-19 Case Count for NH, ME, MA on March 30, 2020
The numbers are still on the rise.
As of Monday, March 30, 2020, here are the latest number of coronavirus cases for New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts.
WMUR reports: New Hampshire COVID-19 cases: 258
Press Herald reports: Maine COVID-19 cases: 253
Needham.Wicked Local reports: Massachusetts COVID-19 cases: 4,247
This virus is no joke. If you are healthy, please don't think you can just go out and be "normal" again. You could be putting yourself or other people in danger.
Please just practice "social distancing."
Believe me, there is no one that doesn't like being apart from people more than me, but I have to stop and think that I could literally be causing harm to people I love.
If you are feeling better, according to an article from the CDC, if you haven't been tested, here are some guidelines for returning to work:
Non-test-based strategy. Exclude from work until
- At least 3 days (72 hours) have passed since recovery defined as resolution of fever without the use of fever-reducing medications and improvement in respiratory symptoms (e.g., cough, shortness of breath); and,
- At least 7 days have passed since symptoms first appeared
