If you've been to Portland, Maine's Old Port for dinner, you know parking can be hard. Boston just said, 'hold my beer' Portland.

Obviously, we live in a world where real estate prices are out of reach for many Americans - but parking too? Parking is extremely limited in Boston, and as you get into niche neighborhoods, like Beacon Hill - fuhgeddaboudit. But if you have a ton of money, there's a prime parking spot for sale in the Brimmer Street Garage.

Your Boston, Massachusetts parking spot costs more than your house

According to Car Scoops, this single space in Beacon Hill’s Brimmer Street Garage is currently listed for $750,000. Oh, and the parking garage is not a 24/7 accessible garage. For three-quarters of a million dollars, you can only access the staffed garage, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 6:30 a.m. to midnight on weekends. Want to leave in the middle of the night? If you want any time outside of the hours, you need to make arrangements ahead of time.

But, if you have a truck you're outta luck. They have lots of spiffy things like refueling, charging, washing, and a couple of other fancy things your nearly 1 million dollars got your car...but NO TRUCKS!
