Poland Provisions is a cafe and general store on Maine Street near the village of Poland, Maine. Owners Charles and Sheila Foley moved their small farm a mile down the road and opened a cafe, bakery, and general store.
Their goal was to create a gathering place for the community in the heart of Poland, building a welcoming space to gather, enjoy delicious and locally-sourced food, and support local artisans and producers.
Though the building was completed in 2021, it looks like it could have been 1821. It's just perfect for Maine.

This all-day celebration will feature live music from some of the region’s most talented artists, including Toby McAllister & The Sierra Sounds, Bold Riley, Sigrid Sibley, and more. Whether you’re tapping your toes or dancing along, there’s something for every music lover.
They’ll have delicious food, craft brews from Bissell Brothers Brewing, local vendors, and family-friendly activities throughout the day. Expect fun games, hands-on demos, and community vibes that make this one of the most anticipated events of the season.
Fundraiser For Make-A-Wish
Flannel Fest is more than just a good time. It's a fundraiser for Make-A-Wish Maine, helping grant life-changing wishes for children facing critical illnesses. So, while you’re enjoying music, great food, and a cold beer, you’ll also be supporting an incredible cause.
This all happens at Poland Provisions, 1220 Maine St, Poland, on Saturday, October 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free and open to all. Just make sure you've got your best flannel on.
