The exhibits include some of the most memorable and remarkable moments where domesticated animals served as messengers, navigators as well as hunters and rescuers. For animal lovers, it's a deeper look into the importance of furry friends during both war and peace times.

The Museum of Maritime Pets is part of a larger museum complex on the Rockland waterfront. You can visit the Power and Steam Museum adjacent to the Maritime Pets museum at 75 Mechanic Street.
