The king of pop-up bars, The Goat in Portsmouth, NH, is back at it with a legendary spot from the hit TV show Gilmore Girls.

Did you know Gilmore Girls was set in Connecticut - not the only TV show set or filmed in New England.

The Goat in Portsmouth, NH, is no stranger to pop-up bars. They put on perhaps the greatest pop-up Christmas bar ever...and it was New Hampshire's first.

So when the Goat announced they were creating another pop-up bar, people knew it was about to be a good one.

The announcement for Luke's Diner Pop-up bar at the Goat was only up for a few hours before hundreds of people responded "going" on Facebook.

The plan?

Obviously, it will look just like Luke's diner from the show, making the environment feel like you are actually in the place where Lorelai proposed to Luke.

There will be Gilmore Girls trivia, Miss Patty's punch, themed prizes, and more.

The Goat will be transforming on Friday, May 22, 2025 - don't miss it!
