New Hampshire has some of the best beers in all of New England. I mean, we are pretty darn spoiled. If you look up a map of the craft breweries in New Hampshire, you are always within a short drive. A curse and a blessing.
According to a Visit New Hampshire article, there are over 90 breweries in the Granite State. I am CERTAIN all 90 of New Hampshire's breweries are phenomenal, a cold beer is a good beer. That said, seven breweries in New Hampshire are must-visit for beer lovers.

1. Hobbs Brewing Co 765 White Mountain Highway Ossipee, NH 03864

There is also a Hobbs Tavern & Brewing Co just a few miles up the road too - 2415 White Mountain Highway, Ossipee, NH 03890. This is a classic in a lot of campers' hearts. Mostly because you pass two as you head north to the mountains.
One of the best beers of my life came from Hobbs - it was some New Zealand Hop that is hard to come by, I guess...Anyway, I digress.

2. Loaded Question Brewing Co 909 Islington Street, Ste. 12 Portsmouth, NH 03801.

A Portsmouth, NH, hidden gem. This small town brewery is what makes local breweries the best. They are constantly putting on events for the community, partnering with organizations to help our oceans, and making incredible craft beer in a hidden hallway.

3. Moat Mountain Brewing Co 3378 White Mountain Highway Conway, NH 03860.

This is another "northern" New Hampshire staple. Moat is where you go if you are on a family trip to North Conway and you want to stop at a brewery.

4. Modestman Brewing 100 Main St, Keene, NH 03431.

This is the only western New Hampshire brewery listed. But my gosh, is it worth it. If you love hazy IPA's this brewery is worth the drive. Plus, Keene, NH, is a fun place to have a weekend away, or at least a night out!

5. Smuttynose Brewing Co 105 Towle Farm Road Hampton, NH 03842

With a gorgeous brewery and a delicious restaurant, this is a sleeper on the top 7 list. Smuttynose hosts live music in the summer on their patio. For that reason, and their staple IPA, it earned a spot.

6. Stoneface Brewing Co 436 Shattuck Way Newington, NH 03801

If you go to any restaurant in NH, and they have one IPA on draft, I guarantee it is the Stoneface IPA. It is the staple beer of New Hampshire. Let me be the first to tell you, the brewery serves even better beers on tap.

If you have heard of the Stoneface brand, but you have never experimented with their other pours, you need to get to Newington pronto.

7. The Dam Brewhouse 1323 New Hampshire 175 Campton, NH 03223

You would never run into this brewery unless you go looking for it. Take my word, it is a tiny slice of community in the White Mountains.
