This Gillette Stadium Feature is Brilliant For First Time Concert or Game Goers
Some people go to so many New England Patriots games or concerts at Gillette Stadium that the experience of getting in and out of the stadium is not stressful at all...
For the other 90% of us, it is an anxiety attack waiting to happen.
Pedestrian Lines at Gillette Stadium
As my wife and I were walking towards Gillette Stadium, after a few pre-concert beverages, the planning mode kicked in. Where are we? How do we get back? Let's not get lost...
I looked down to see that the sidewalk we were on had a green line painted in the middle of it. Now, if you are one of those Gillette Stadium "regulars," you probably know this and think nothing of it.
Seeing that green line relieved a great deal of stress. I realized it was a path. Follow the green line to the stadium. When I exit the stadium, I follow it back to my parking lot.
Again, for frequent flyers, they probably don't look down or think twice. But for a first-time Gillette Stadium goer, or even someone like me who goes once every 5 years, this was so relieving to have.
What do the Colors Mean on the Gillette Stadium Sidewalks?
There is a map on the Gillette Stadium website that shows you what pedestrian path takes you to which parking lot.
For the most part, each color has its own path (with a few short sections where 2 colors utilize the same walkway).
So if you are headed to Gillette for the first time, or it is your 100th time, but you plan on getting a little tipsy, just know what color path to take, and you should easily be able to find your way back to your car!
