Someone from Yarmouth, Maine is asking for answers as to why a tree seems to be 'bleeding' out red icicles

I went to take the dog out yesterday and noticed this huge icicle hanging off of my gutter.  This is probably the biggest icicle I have ever owned, I've seen bigger, just not on my house.
