10 Celebrities You’re Most Likely to Encounter in New Hampshire

Have you ever spotted a celebrity out in the wild? I feel like they are always so much smaller in person than they look on TV!

One time, I was visiting my sister-in-law when she was attending NYU. We were eating brunch at this awesome Ukrainian restaurant that is pretty well-known in the East Village, and open 24 hours a day. Anyway, I'm eating brunch at a table outside, when all of a sudden I spot DEBRA MESSING (aka Grace from Will & Grace). She looks me dead in the eyes and I immediately stopped talking which, as you know, is rare.

I don't know why she took such a long hard stare into my soul, but she did. And then she walked into the restaurant.

It totally made my day! You best believe I faked having to go to the bathroom so I could go inside and get a closer look at her (why am I this way?).

Celebrity sightings are more common in the Granite State than you might think.

Many A-Listers have ties to this special part of the country. Some of them grew up in the 603 and will always think of it as home. Some just like to vacation near our beautiful mountains, lakes, and ocean. Some have children currently attending a university in New Hampshire.
