A New, Royal Brewery is Coming to Dover, New Hampshire, in the Shape of a Palace

Beer, beer, and more beer!

A new(ish) brewery is coming to Dover, New Hampshire, in 2023. Be prepared to get the royal treatment while stopping in for a brew at this place.

Czar's Brewery was founded in 2018 in Exeter, New Hampshire. The place has a "royal' feel to it, and they lean into it with purple colors, crown and kinglike imaging, and even communication that aligns with medieval times.

Members of the brewery refer to themselves as "Lords." They own that royal feeling by naming their future Dover location as their "Northern Palace."

The Exeter location? You guessed it...the "Southern Palace." Check out the Southern Palace below. Pretty groovy-looking.

I have never been to this brewery, but as a craft beer lover and overall beer enthusiast, I will be visiting ASAP.

The beers are apparently pretty good, earning the brewery some hardware in the International Beer Competition.

According to Czar's Brewery's website, all of their entries in the Brewski International Beer Competition placed in a medal bracket:

 PLATINUM - Kaleidoscope I's - Belgian-Style Flanders Oud Bruin or Oud Red Ale

GOLD - SpaceX Oddity - German-Style Maerzen

GOLD- Walk on the Mild Side - English Style Dark Mild Ale

SILVER - Abdij Weg - Belgian Tripel

SILVER - Bitter than Sweet - Extra Special Bitter

But it's not just about the beer at Czar's Brewery.  The microbrewery has some very hot food options while you sip.

Yes, I'm talking hot dogs. The mega-dogs are 1/2 pound beefy goodness, and certainly look the part, too.

The Northern Palace in Dover was planned to pour at 8 Pierce Street as of seven months ago.

Unfortunately, those plans fell through (for whatever reasons), and that location is the new Moe's.

But but but, according to Henry Vance, Founder and President of Czar's on LinkedIn:

"Our new Northern Palace in Dover, NH is nearing completion. We expect to be open very soon as we are about 85% complete. The food menu and tap list will be very similar as well of course our Community focus. Look for a Grand Opening announcment very soon. And remember, if you are a Noble in the Realm, you are a Noble throughout the realm."

That was one month ago. Things seem promising.

If the new Dover location is anything like the Exeter location, it will be fun, funky, and groovy. The Southern Palace has tons of games for patrons to play while sipping some craft brews.
