A-Train’s Vegas Vaca Recap: The Avocado Chronicles Part Three

I've almost been home for a month and I STILL can't stop dreaming and drooling over this custom made double avocado sushi order from Sakana on Maryland Parkway.

Yes folks that is avocado inside AND on the top as well! NINE fantastic pieces of Japanese style guacamole.

Yet another reason to love Sakana. Not only do you own the entire menu for the 'All You Can Eat' price of $26. They make any kind of roll your little heart desires.

Another interesting footnote, it was 68 degrees when I took the above photo, and I was blissfully unaware of the term 'Snow Bomb Cyclone'
