Align Credit Union Highlights the Impact of New Hampshire SPCA

Align Credit Union truly embraces the credit union philosophy of "people helping people," especially through their community involvement. This month, they are shining a spotlight on the New Hampshire Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (NHSPCA). This non-profit 501(c)(3) organization receives no federal or state funding and relies solely on community support to care for the nearly 2,500 animals that come through its doors each year.

NHSPCA serves over 121 communities in the Greater Seacoast of New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and northern Massachusetts through its various different programs, which includes pet adoption, pet behavior training, humane education, animal cruelty intervention, low-cost spay/neuter clinics, and more.

Through advocation for stronger laws, enforcement, and compassionate treatment of animals by being a voice for the voiceless, providing individualized care for each animal they meet, and giving communities access to learning, educational and volunteer opportunities, NHSPCA hopes to create a safe and loving world for every animal.
